CWI Online Training
Replacing the traditional week-long class, our CWI training is fully online with video instruction and practice assessments to prepare you for the test. Weld replica molds and inspection tools are sold separately at checkout.
As you go through our study material, you will take quizzes on a regular basis to make sure you are learning the material.
Quizzes may not seem like a big deal, but they are actually very useful for measuring your progress.
If you do well on a quiz, that's a good sign that you understand the concepts and can confidently move on to the next section.
If you get a low score, we recommend reviewing the module based on the questions you missed. Then, take the quiz again to strengthen your knowledge.
With our quiz system, you will always have a clear sense of your progress.
Our practice tests have timers like the real exam. This will help you get used to the time pressure.
For Parts A and C, we have a large question bank where we randomly select questions for the practice tests. Whenever you retake the test, you will get a set of new questions that are different from your first attempt.
For Part B, we understand that for many people this part of the exam is the most challenging. We have three different practice tests so you can get enough reps to feel confident on the day of the exam.
After every quiz and practice test, our system turns the questions you just answered into flashcards. Then, it will remind you to review them in the future so what you learned is not forgotten.
Flashcards you struggle with will show up more often in the reviews. The ones you know well will appear less often. This way, you'll spend your study time on the topics that need it most.
Since January 2022, when we launched the flashcard system, our students have reviewed over 1.1 million flashcards! These quick daily check-ins add up to strong recall on exam day.
